Hello all, let's continue on with part 16 of life after death. Jesus is the epitome, the personification or embodiment of life after death because he is the beginning and he is the end. He is the Alpha and the Omega. And, in honor of our lord and savior who has given us life after death let’s talk about him. You remember when Martha call out to Jesus to bring back her brother from the dead? As Martha weeps Jesus comforts her saying, ‘I am the Resurrection and the Life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. In this instance, Jesus was referring to physical death. Though our bodies die it is not the termination of human life. Because our spirits live on when we die. Jesus shows us this cross. When he died, his spirit left his body and he went into the real world the spiritual realm that human eyes cannot see. As it needs the first Peter, Christ suffered for our sins once for all time. He never sinned but he died for sinners to bring you safely home to God. he suffered physical death but he was raised to life in the Spirit so he went and preached to the spirits in prison those who disobeyed God long ago. God waited patiently while Noah was building his boat. Only eight people were saved from drowning in that terrible flood and that water is a picture of baptism, which now saves you, not by removing dirt from your body but as a response to God from a clean conscience. It is effective because of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. See Jesus died for all of us so we will not be lost in hell because he loves us so much. He doesn’t want to see us lost, he wants to see us in heaven to live with him one day. See because of Jesus’ death, we can all be forgiven of all our sins. We are no longer in condemnation because we have been delivered through the blood of Jesus. We are no longer under the curse of the law, you know why? Because he has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us so we don’t have to suffer any longer. His suffering save our lives, save our souls, he gives us hope when we have no hope left. He gives us his strength because his strength is made perfect, because he died on that old rugged cross for our sins. He gives us strength to endure, he gives us the wings of eagles to fly over our troubles. He helps to walk and not faint because we walk by faith and not by sight. He protects us when we fall and walk through the day because the Lord is our shepherd, we shall not want. He lets us rest in the green meadows, he leads and guides us into all truth. He walks with us to the darkest valley and we shall not fear because he’s close beside us, protecting and comforting us. He raise from the dead and brought life again to us. He never sinned not ever and deceive no one, he did not retaliate when he was insulted nor threatened revenge when he suffered. He left his case in the hands of God who always judges fairly. He personally carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By his wounds, we are healed. Once we were like sheep who wandered away but now we have turned to our shepherd, the guardian of our souls. Thanks for stopping by you guys are awesome! And thank you for liking my posts, tomorrow Lord's willing I will have up a health topic. Until next time!
