Conflict is an extremely common part of social communication and human life. Thus conflict is essentially an unspoken inappropriateness of action or objectives between two or more individuals’ (Myers, 2010). Numerous individuals’ have an extremely complex time, despite age, in discovering sufficient solutions for solving conflicts. Therefore, to acquire a solution, it is frequently useful to discover the solution first. For instance, by following a few essential steps, it is frequently more important to find a solution to virtually any problem somewhat than generate a gradually more complex work environment. The majority of people and societies do not set up methods that educate adults or children about the altering nature of conflict and peacemaking establish on societal variations (Rossi, 2003). According to John Rossini, the decision to educate children is established on social and individual identity in a global environment, which will enhance comprehension in society and assist in encouraging peacemaking processes established on national identity (Rossi, 2003). Rossi essentially concentrated on enhancing how to teach compassion and values. Individuals’ eventually realize that most conflicts come from cultural identity and frequently include historical experiences, modern backgrounds, and ethnicities (Rossi, 2003). The objective is to construct a program that set up the learner as a world citizen. Conflicts left unsolved and hence demonstrates to produce a viewpoint established on vengeance rather than healing. Positive social communications have the ability to construct a person’s potential to be sympathetic, considerate of others, and ascertain how to be excepting of every person and her or his rights to equality (Myers, 2010). “To attain peace requires looking beyond the mainstream of politics to genuine reconciliation between everyday people” (Rossi, 2003, p. 150). The collapse of established systems of conventional international relations happen when groups of people cannot produce or have a level of concentration on the psychological and social scars left by the conflict. Additionally, those ideas offer the basis for a five-stage process of reconciliation at the community level. In society, individuals’ frequently look to a craving for power and presume power will calm the flare of conflict. The fact is that conflict is frequently the outcome of misinterpretation how to handle the enemy and the concept of power frequently just covers the problem rather than resolve it. Rossi ascertains that there are certain methods and steps that are necessary to follow to find a solution. The first step would be for the involved participates to connect with a trained and impartial arbitrator to develop communication for peace (Rossi, 2003). Second, both groups have to recognize that the conflict is problematic and unhealthy for every group and make a decision to listen to one another. However, there has to be some kind of sincere reassessment of the conflict and the past mistakes of both groups (Rossi, 2003). There should be a strategy that involves proposals for reconciliation that mirror the common necessities of the communities. In addition, partakers in the conflict must have the ability to share personal opinions, stories, and feelings also learn to communicate that she or he is conflicted in an efficient way (Rossi, 2003). Lastly, those involved should be able to fully comprehend the seriousness of the conflict to implement the needed changes. Also emotions play an imperative part in the development of the first conflict and the capability to find a resolution to the conflict. Emotions are the expressed biological or psychological response to an event in a verbal or nonverbal way (Myers, 2010). One of the main characteristics to finding a solution in any conflict is empathy. Empathy is the aptitude to perceive another person’s thoughts and emotions based on one’s own experiences (Myers, 2010). Empathy is an extremely imperative feature of conflict resolution. Conflict resolution and peacemaking is an emotional state that permits individuals’ from distinct backgrounds and social groups to come together and comprehend how the other person feels. It is vital for children to learn to comprehend her or his feelings. Emotional awareness permits the child to construct an increased degree of comprehension. A well-known quote mirrors this same feeling; “He who knows others is wise; he who know himself is enlightened.” There will always be the probability for conflict when interacting with other people. When people are equipped with the right techniques and tools to solve dilemmas with no options to violence or power struggles, there is an opportunity to encourage social equality and compassion. Understanding oneself and constructing a skill for comprehending the emotions of others, gives the student aptitude to understand conflict without directly becoming irrational and emotional (Myers, 2010). The skills assist in creating a foundation for how to solve the problem in an agreeable way. For example, as children, people should have the chance to learn and become more excepting of other people. This is something she or he will carry with them for a lifetime. Jesus is the epitome, the personification or embodiment of life after death because he is the beginning and he is the end. He is the Alpha and the Omega. And, in honor of our lord and savior who has given us life after death let’s talk about him. You remember when Martha call out to Jesus to bring back her brother from the dead? As Martha weeps Jesus comforts her saying, ‘I am the Resurrection and the Life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. In this instance, Jesus was referring to physical death. Though our bodies die it is not the termination of human life. Because our spirits live on when we die. Jesus shows us this cross. When he died, his spirit left his body and he went into the real world the spiritual realm that human eyes cannot see. As it needs the first Peter, Christ suffered for our sins once for all time. He never sinned but he died for sinners to bring you safely home to God. he suffered physical death but he was raised to life in the Spirit so he went and preached to the spirits in prison those who disobeyed God long ago. God waited patiently while Noah was building his boat. Only eight people were saved from drowning in that terrible flood and that water is a picture of baptism, which now saves you, not by removing dirt from your body but as a response to God from a clean conscience. It is effective because of the resurrection of Jesus Christ. See Jesus died for all of us so we will not be lost in hell because he loves us so much. He doesn’t want to see us lost, he wants to see us in heaven to live with him one day. See because of Jesus’ death, we can all be forgiven of all our sins. We are no longer in condemnation because we have been delivered through the blood of Jesus. We are no longer under the curse of the law, you know why? Because he has redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us so we don’t have to suffer any longer. His suffering save our lives, save our souls, he gives us hope when we have no hope left. He gives us his strength because his strength is made perfect, because he died on that old rugged cross for our sins. He gives us strength to endure, he gives us the wings of eagles to fly over our troubles. He helps to walk and not faint because we walk by faith and not by sight. He protects us when we fall and walk through the day because the Lord is our shepherd, we shall not want. He lets us rest in the green meadows, he leads and guides us into all truth. He walks with us to the darkest valley and we shall not fear because he’s close beside us, protecting and comforting us. He raise from the dead and brought life again to us. He never sinned not ever and deceive no one, he did not retaliate when he was insulted nor threatened revenge when he suffered. He left his case in the hands of God who always judges fairly. He personally carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By his wounds, we are healed. Once we were like sheep who wandered away but now we have turned to our shepherd, the guardian of our souls. Thanks for stopping by you guys are awesome! And thank you for liking my posts, tomorrow Lord's willing I will have up a health topic. Until next time! Hello everyone welcome to strange things part 12. I'm a little late tonight 😅
Everyone has heard of the lost city El Dorado but no one has been able to find it until one explorer attempted to find it. Deep in the jungles of South America one explorer with his team went to find the legendary El Dorado. As he searched he met up with different tribes and ask them if they knew where El Dorado was. Some of them helped him and lead the way but as they came closer to one part of the jungle, the tribes people told the explorer to go no further because there was a tribe there that were cannibals. The explorer didn't listen and traveled anyway but some of his team didn't go with them as well as the tribespeople. The explorer continued his search to find El Dorado then one day he disappeared never to be seen again. No one could find him but some dared not searched for him because they feared the tribespeople that were cannibals would find them. To this day no one knows what happened to the explorer. Continuing on with last week’s life after death, Job lost everything. He lost his family, his wealth. Yet he continued to trust in God. He did not waver in faith though he was broken. He kept the faith even when his wife and friends were against him; he continued to trust in God. Job stated in the 14 chapter and 14 verse of Job, “If a man die, shall he live again?” The question is clearly intended to be answered in the negative. But through Job’s hurt without him knowing it God was using him to tell us about trusting in God and life after death. How many know that through the hurt God still uses you. Even when you’re beaten and broken down and have no hope because you trust in God and love him he will use you to help others and in turn he will help you. He will give you hope, he will give you peace because he loves you as it reads in Proverbs 11 and 25 Whoever brings a blessing will be enriched, and one who waters will himself be watered. Now getting back to Job’s statement, If a man die, shall he live again? It’s not a dispassionate inquiry, but an expression of hopelessness. Let a man once die, and of course he cannot live again. Were it otherwise, then, Job says, all the days of my appointed time will I wait; or, rather (as in the Revised Version), all the days of my warfare would I wait; I would patiently endure any sufferings in the larger hope that would then be open to me. I would wait till my change (rather, my renewal) come. The exact nature of the 'renewal’ which Job seems here to expect is obscure. Perhaps he is pursuing the idea, broached in ver. 13, of his being conveyed alive to Hades, and looks forward to a further renewed life after he is released from that "land of darkness." When you see this it is clear that Job didn’t understand death. As he states in the same chapter: but when people die their strength is gone, they breathe their last and then where are they? After saying that when you read further on Job asks, can the dead live again? If so this would give me hope for all my years of struggle and I would eagerly await the release of death. What Job didn’t know was there was life after death. Job is known as the man of sorrows. No doubt he thought when he died that was it, thinking he was no more that’s why he asked the question, ‘but when people die their strength is gone, they breathe their last and then where way are they?’ Job didn’t really understand death, it was a mystery, something that he couldn’t fully comprehend. And many people are like Job, they don’t know where they’re going when they die. If they don’t understand death they think when they die that’s it, we are no more but that’s not the case. Though Job didn’t get his answer at that time, century after century past and finally the doubting, almost despairing, cry put into the mouth of the man of sorrows of the Old Testament is answered by the Man of Sorrows of the New Testament, Jesus Christ son of the living God. With social learning theory, Albert Bandura discussed behavior as being learned from an individual’s atmosphere through the development of observational learning (McLeod, 2011). Different than Skinner, Albert Bandura thought that people are lively information processors and thought about relationships with their actions and behavior (McLeod, 2011). Observational learning might not happen if cognitive processes were not in effect (McLeod, 2011). An example of this is when children watch individuals or their parents, seeing how they act and behave in their lives (McLeod, 2011). People who are observed are called “models.” Children in society are exposed to several people like siblings, parents, classmates and others. With these individuals in children’s lives, they offer patterns for children on how to act and mimic the people around them (McLeod, 2011). Children watch everything around them, thus they emulate their behavior. Children will act out what they see, no matter what the behavior is they have seen. But mostly, a child will mimic behavior by individuals that are of the same gender as them (McLeod, 2011). Individuals around children will react to the behavior they mimic, if it is supported or chastised (McLeod, 2011). Children mimic individual’s behavior and if the effects are beneficial, this behavior is good, and in the end, children usually maintain this behavior throughout their lives (McLeod, 2011). The act of reinforcement can result in good or bad, outer or inner reinforcement. An example of this is when children want praise from friends and family, this praise is an outer reinforcement, yet the emotion of being pleased by this praise is an inner reinforcement (McLeod, 2011). Children will act in certain manners that gains praise, since this behavior needs praise (McLeod, 2011). The good and bad reinforcement cannot gain as much influence or effect if reinforcing presents outwardly, it does not coincide with a person’s desires. Reinforcement can be good or bad as discussed earlier, yet the essential point is that it will typically go on to change the behavior of an individual. Children will as well notice the decisions individuals make and again mimic their examples and manners. This particular response is called vicarious reinforcement (McLeod, 2011). This certain act connects to affection towards individuals with these characteristics which is beneficial (McLeod, 2011). As children go on in life they have numerous traits of the people they feel connected with. The incentive to connect with certain models is that children want a trait the individual they like so they feel connected to them. Identification happens with individuals and entails taking on the observed behaviors, faiths and manners of the individual they feel connected with (McLeod, 2011). image reference: http://www.thefamouspeople.com/profiles/albert-bandura-641.php References: McLeod, S.
