Explain how the theory influences interpersonal relationships
In the humanist and existential perspective, individuals relate with one another and become industrious and have good rapport with others, yet are by themselves. Abraham Maslow thought that having love and fitting in was primal needs and should be satisfied by family, friends and in time finding someone to love as a wife or husband and continuing relationships throughout life. Maslow suggested that fulfillment in this particular stage was important for other stages of human achievement (Feist & Feist, 2013). Carl Rogers thought that having someone to care for others who has an optimistic outlook for a child and promotes pride that also endorses psychological development. Optimistic outlook from others is important for having healthy growth and accomplishment toward self actualization. Conversely, the existential perspective suggests that though individuals connect with other people and develop healthy relations, they eventually decide what they will turn out to be. The perspective of existentialism and humanism is seen as interpersonal relationships as a vital stage of human development, yet not having this development could not be healthy for psychological growth. Humanism highlights interpersonal relationships as an important part in growth of personality. Abraham Maslow thought that individuals satisfied with interpersonal relationships should have self-assurance in social events and feel love with others around them (Feist & Feist, 2013). For this reason, individuals connect with others and they accept a gift so to speak with support or strengthening in a relationship. People naturally have families to feel loved and protected and likewise this is true for people who have connections with other people, because they are supported and have the sense of worth from others. Though some relationships are not strengthen, they continue the association of their relationship because of personal connections with people they have the relationship with where they are given support (Feist & Feist, 2013). Social constructivism has personality, comprehension and behavior, which is built from social gathering, and people create plans and models that are supported on recent and former understanding (Feist & Fiest, 2013). It is considered individuals learn from their past, though learning is gained through watching others and with no communal experiences, development will be underdeveloped. It was also considered that the behavior of people is best foreseen from comprehending the contact of individuals with their significant atmosphere (Feist & Feist, 2013). Another consideration is that an important part of personality growth relies on the reflection of others with their atmosphere. It is as well emphasized that the significance of learning is with a group atmosphere, yet preserved the idea in the significance of genetic dynamics. It is also believed that social gatherings plays a part more in an important event than biological events. People are persuaded by one another and in building their own personality, they develop the perception of independently important people. As George Kelly discussed that the actions of others do not shape their behavior, yet to a certain extent, having the understanding and experiences of occurrences are the things that changes behavior (Feist & Feist, 2013). image reference: http://www.assignmentpoint.com/business/management/interpersonal-relationship.html References: Feist, J., Feist, G.J., & Roberts, T.-A. Hello everyone welcome to strange things part 16 I found this cool video on YouTube. What caught my attention was a waterfall under water. That's insane but so cool. I looked it up its not actually a waterfall under the water it's an illusion but still all the same awesome! Check out this video it's awesome.
Hey guys, here is the devil and demons and how to deal with them part 8. This video will give you the ins and outs and step by step process of how to fight the devil and demons. Enjoy and thanks for checking out my website and liking my posts you guys are awesome! Hey guys how y'all doing? Well, I have been on a Star Trek marathon the original series and it's still awesome! So late last night I was looking up Star Trek and low and behold I found out a new one was being born!!!! Whattttt?! I didn't know that. Of course I thought you can't bring out another Star Trek series until I saw the trailer and I got HYPED!!!!!!! So I wanted to share this with you guys. It comes out in the fall of this year, awesome sauce! I am so watching it. OK guys let's continue on with life after death part 19 after reading in Deuteronomy 33-27 we see we have a relationship with eternity because we are eternal beings. And at the same time we shouldn't fear death because God is our refuge. Why is God our refuge? Why shouldn't we fear death? Because Jesus paid the price for our souls by dying for us, buying us back so we don't go to hell. Jesus everlasting arms holds us.
There's a song I think it's called two tickets to paradise, so the next question is, what is the price to get into heaven? Do I need to buy a ticket? Here's the answer, Jesus is the ticket to heaven, Jesus the son of God the blood of the lamb bought us giving us our ticket to heaven. Because of Jesus we have a second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth chance at life. Because of Jesus we live. Because of Jesus we can fight the devil and demons and rebuke them in the name of Jesus. Because of Jesus we are healed, because of Jesus he saves our lives when we're not supposed to be here but Jesus makes the impossible possible, why, because he is the son of God. Because of Jesus we are alive today because he loves us and in the end when we leave this world Jesus will send his angels to escort us into heaven. Do you guys remember in the book of Matthews the 19-16 where a young rich man came to Jesus and asked him, what must I do to obtain eternal life? Jesus said, keep the Commandments. This shows you the young man knew he was going to live forever. Yet when Jesus said go and sell all you have and give to the poor for you will have treasure in heaven and come, follow me. The young man didn't want to hear that. He wanted to keep his wealth. Jesus was testing the young man because he knew he saw his wealth as his God. But what the young man didn't know was when he dies his wealth will not go with him. As we come with nothing on the day of our birth so shall we leave with nothing on the day of death. When you look up eternity it means infinite or an unending time. Endless life after death. A state to which time has no application. Eternity for those who know God means peace but for those who don't know God means unending torment. Eternity also means leaving things behind here on earth. For now I will stop here and continue on next week Lord's willing and soon the conclusion for life after death will be coming. And thank you guys for liking my post and checking out my website, remember you guys are awesome! I will have the next Devil and Demons up in a few days. Until next time. It is almost certain that if you accept a job with a large organization that you will go through some kind of formal training program (Spector, 2012). People with college degrees still need added instruction to do most jobs (Spector, 2012). The easiest jobs require training (Spector, 2012). For instance, each employee at a Hardees’s restaurant gets trained (Spector, 2012). The individual who cooks French fries is trained the correct way to do the job. A restaurant supervisor acquires hundreds of hours of training, most of it in a classroom setting (Spector, 2012). There is a great deal to learn in order to do most jobs correctly (Spector, 2012). The need for training will increase future trends suggest in most jobs as they become increasingly technically oriented (Spector, 2012). Training is one of the main human resource activities of large and small organizations in the public and private sectors all through the world (Spector, 2012). Thus it is a required activity for experienced and new employees (Spector, 2012). Experienced employees should learn to keep up with job changes and how to enhance their performance, whereas new employees should learn how to do their jobs (Spector, 2012). In several organizations, an individual will not be considered for a promotion until specific training has been finished (Spector, 2012). There are five steps required for successful organizational training programs (Spector, 2012). The initial step of a training program is to perform a needs assessment study. This determines who needs training and what type of training is necessary (Spector, 2012). The next step is to set goals about what the training must achieve (Spector, 2012). The third step is to design the training program (Spector, 2012). The last step is to assess the training to be sure that it accomplished its goals (Spector, 2012). If the training was unsuccessful, the process must carry on until a successful program is attained (Spector, 2012). Several distinct methods for training are presented; because all has its advantages and disadvantages, and each one of them could be successful in the proper situation (Spector, 2012). There are eight distinct training methods used regularly in organizational training (Spector, 2012). These methods may be used together since a good training program should take advantage of the strengths of distinct methods for distinct features of training (Spector, 2012). For instance, the training of pilots can include several of these methods. One training method is audiovisual instruction; this includes electronic presentation using videotape, audiotape, DVD, or computer (Spector, 2012). The second method is autoinstruction; this is any training method that is self-paced and does not use a tutor (Spector, 2012). The best known technique is programmed instruction, which separates the material to be contained in a series of separate frames (Spector, 2012). Every frame holds a piece of information. There is as well feedback, because the individual has to answer questions and is given the right answers right away (Spector, 2012). The third method is a conference; a meeting of trainees and a trainer to talk about the material in question (Spector, 2012). The fourth method is lecture; a lecture is a presentation by a trainer to a group of trainees. Its main advantage is its effectiveness (Spector, 2012). The fifth method is modeling; this entails having trainees observe somebody carry out a task and then model what they have observed (Spector, 2012). Models can demonstrate both effectual and ineffectual illustrations of conduct (Spector, 2012). The sixth training method is on-the-job training; on-the-job training can be an informal approach where a new employee observes an experienced employee doing their job (Spector, 2012). The seventh training method is role-playing; a kind of imitation where the trainee act as if he or she is doing a task (Spector, 2012). It generally entails an interpersonal circumstance, like giving an individual suggestion or feedback. Electronic training is the newest development in organizational training (Spector, 2012). It entails the use of electronic tools to offer training in the many methods discussed earlier. When criteria have been selected, the definite measures of those criteria need to be chosen (Spector, 2012). The decisive factor ascertains to a huge extent what kind of measures could be used to measure it (Spector, 2012). Reaction criteria involve the use of a survey that trainees can finish to give their response (Spector, 2012). For instance, questions can ask how much the trainee learned or was it pleasant. Learning criteria generally entails some kind of test given at the end of training (Spector, 2012). Training aimed at increasing knowledge about a subject can be assessed with a knowledge test (Spector, 2012). Training to improve other kinds of abilities need a different method, like simulation test (Spector, 2012). Assessment of performance criteria needs measuring trainee conduct. Though the fundamental reason of an assessment study is straightforward and simple, performing the study may be a complex responsibility because gathering the information creates several practical problems (Spector, 2012). Individuals are not always helpful, and several things can go wrong (Spector, 2012). The information from assessment studies are examined with inferential statistics (Spector, 2012). The statistics from a pretest-posttest design specify how much the trainees changed from the pretest to the posttest (Spector, 2012). It is always good to assess training, and it must be assessed at both the performance and the training levels (Spector, 2012). PepsiCo uses industrial/organizational psychology to select and train its employees by offering a basic plan to educate its workers in technology and computer familiarize setting, and fulfilling the necessities of their workers. PepsiCo does this by improving the plant structure and investiture of new technology. The company is also planning on raising its sales in the future. This company’s objective is selecting the right people to do the job by continuing recruitment and selection processes, performance assessment approaches, giving promotions, and regular training and development programs. IBM is another company that uses industrial/organizational psychology to select and train its employees. IBM uses “e-learning” to focus on its workforce. It also put into operation programs like different e-learning programs for diverse employee groups. IBM executed the “Basic Blue” program for its new supervisors which were founded on a four-tier learning model. “Sales Compass” was a program put in place for its sales people which supplied important data to the sales workers that assisted in improving their selling skills. Managing at IBM was an elite program designed for managers that had worked there for a long time, which provided “just-in-time” performance support to the mangers. In the last 20 years, online education has become extremely popular. Because of the increase in its use, particular interest has increased about ethical issues of online learning. Welcome to life after death part 18 let's continue on. Without us realizing it we are all preparing for our final designation, life after death. The way we live here on earth will tell you where we're going when we leave this earth we call home. One pastor said as he was getting ready to die, good bye earth.
If someone lives for God for their entire life not wavering, staying in faith and serving God, when they die they go to heaven. But for the person who does good deeds and helps others will go to hell, why you may ask, because that person didn't except Jesus as their Lord and Savior. They thought if I do good deeds I will buy my way into heaven. You can't buy your way into heaven, you need to except Jesus in your heart in order to make it in to heaven. See what people don't realize is this earth, this body, this life, it's temporary. One day this earth will pass away, our bodies will pass away while our spirits live on. We are made to live forever because God lives forever. That's why we are so fascinated with death we want to know what's beyond this life. Last week I talked about the afterlife and how we still have our senses and we know where we are and we still exist. We still breathe, we still have our right minds and emotions and we reside in another world entirely. The afterlife is the real world, a place where devils and angels are, a grand place where God dwells beyond space and all it's stars. As I've mentioned before we are immortals because our spirits live on. Though our bodies die our spirits live on. And example of this was a woman, she was a Christian. One day she became sick, then she died but the Saints of her church started praying for her and she came back to life, but when she came back she was mad at the Saints of the church for praying for her because she was in heaven having a good time. Once you're in heaven you don't want to come back to earth, heaven is far more beautiful. So the woman became sick again but this time she didn't tell anyone she was sick. She drove to someplace far away so she could die in peace and go back to heaven. As I said earlier we are meant to live forever because our father in heaven is eternal, as it reads in Deuteronomy 30-40 for I lift up my hand to heaven and say I live forever. And chapter 33-27 of Deuteronomy it reads the eternal God is thy refuge and underneath are the everlasting arms. All right for now guys I will stop here and continue on next week Lords willing. As always you guys are awesome! thank you for stopping by and thank you for liking my posts and in the next few days I'll have the next part of the Devil and Demons and how to deal with them. Until next time. |
